We bought a house in Guelph with Ryan and Beth in December 2020. They were great to work with and not phased by all the covid protocols. We were first time home buyers and it really helped to have agents who took the time to explain things to us and were patient. They even took enough care to make sure we didn’t overbid on houses, which was important given how volatile the market was. We also had to change mortgage agents and they put us in touch with someone new and made sure we got out of the old deal. Ryan and Beth were recommended to us by friends and we would recommend them to anyone we know without a doubt!
We used Ryan Beth to sell and buy our dream home and are so thankful we did! What a great experience we had. Ryan and Beth were amazing. We looked for a house for the better part of a year with a different realtor, lots of offers and nothing to show for it. We decided to move on, found Ryan and Beth and landed in our dream home, actually a home we had looked at and made offers on before. These sellers were selling privately, the negotiations were difficult but in the end Ryan and Beth closed the deal. When we sold our place. The sale wasn’t going to stress them out thanks to them, Ryan and Beth helped along the way and certainly gave some tips for organizing the house, which we feel work out in our favor. Ryan and Beths knowledge of the market is amazing, they are very knowledgeable about everything that goes on as well as the way the market is moving.
