A supervisor must know how to communicate effectively to deliver his message quickly. In addition, they should be able to listen actively and empathize. On the contrary, a lack of effective communication will lead to many conflicts and production errors. Be a team player and a good leader The effective supervisor should work well with others on the team and support them. For this reason, knowing how to delegate work to the right person can help work flow smoothly. Also, being a motivational leader helps improve productivity. Be results-oriented The team needs help to stay focused on a project. Therefore, the supervisor should be very results-oriented in order to achieve the expected goals. To do that, they need to establish clear and specific goals with the team and find ways to overcome challenges. This will ensure that the target is reached.
