Valerie Wow! In the past 12 months I have completed two transactions with Valerie. Both times I brought the buyers to one of Valerie’s listings. I have never worked with such a detail oriented, proactive real estate agent. Valerie, with almost 20 years of experience, misses nothing. She focuses like a laser on the deal. When working with her, she always thinks three steps ahead for her clients to avoid last-minute problems. Valerie is kind, remarkably professional and has incredible real estate experience.
Valerie has earned many additional real estate processional certifications. In addition, Valerie has held leadership positions at both local and state levels. Valerie served as the 2016 President of GNIAR, the local real estate association in Northwest Indiana. From 2011 to 2017 she was a member of the BOD of the Indiana Association of Realtors. I’ve only worked with Claudia once. It was the summer of 2020. Even though I’ve only worked together once, I had to put her on this list. My buyers wanted to buy one of their listings. Again, another story of remarkable professionalism. I send out flyers to neighborhoods with information about real estate in that particular neighborhood. Karl saw one of these and saw that I had mistakenly reported a record sale and missed a previous higher sale in that neighborhood. Karl called me to let me know.
Karl informed me of the mistake and I thanked him. I then made a plan to correct it in the next issue of the newsletter to be sent out the following month. And I asked him if I could give his name because he was the one who made that sale. Everything was pleasant.
