These preschoolers will enjoy learning to get in and out of the water. We will help them jump into chest deep water. They will try to float forward and backward, and backslide while wearing a PFD. They will learn to get their face wet and blow bubbles under the water.
These preschoolers learn to jump into chest-deep water on their own, and get in and out wearing a PFD. They will submerge and eject under water. They will glide back and forth wearing a Personal Flotation Device (PFD).
Riverstone Swimming Centre
These guys will try to jump and roll sideways in deep water while wearing a PFD. They will retrieve items from the bottom in waist deep water. They will work on kicking and jumping in the water back and forth.
Advanced students will learn to dive solo into deep water and get out on their own wearing a PFD. They will make lateral entries and open their eyes underwater. They will be able to swim for a short time (3-5 m) forward and jump and kick to the side.
Get more adventures wearing a PFD and holding their breath underwater for up to 10 seconds. They’ll work by swimming in long front and back crawls, interval training and getting a laugh out of a whip kick.
These beginners will be comfortable diving with and without a Personal Flotation Device. They will learn to open their eyes, exhale and hold their breath underwater. They will work on floating, sliding and kicking the water back and forth.

Swimmers will complete the Canadian Swim to Survive® Standard. They will work on 10-15m front crawl, back crawl and kick and whip kick and interval training up to 4 x 25m.
