Outdoor Games At Night

Outdoor Games At Night – When I was a child, I loved spending time outside. I grew up in France in the so-called “American environment” where I had friends at my age to play with. Then we use every free minute we have outside. It doesn’t matter what the weather is, we always find a fun place to get involved. My best afternoon was building a fort in the woods behind my house. We used branches and leaves to build it, and I remember that feeling of great joy when the yard was full and covered with leaves. It’s like a real house, just for us, without our parents to tell us it’s time to clean our room or set the table for dinner. At that time, that was all we needed to be happy. When the school bus dropped us off, we ran into the woods and checked our fort to make sure it was safe. If it is destroyed by a storm, we will be sad for a minute, but we will soon be happy and start another battle.

Now that I have children of my own, I want them to experience that experience and the joy that using the outdoors has to offer. Sometimes, it saddens me how much they want to use their iPad but I try to limit it as much as possible. I take them out as much as I can, though, which usually takes us to the park a few times a week. Charlie and Jude like to explore and run away. Jude loves to play with dirt, pick up rocks and leaves. Nature is so amazing and playing outside provides so many mental, emotional, social, and physical benefits as they grow, and you can see my interest in child development!

Outdoor Games At Night

To keep my boys entertained, there are a few things we like to do, and I’m going to share some outdoor play tips with you now.

Great Night Games For The Whole Family

We play this game a lot. Charlie finds the hidden part but doesn’t look much. He yells “BOO” when we approach him and always laughs. Jude loves this game. It’s normal but it’s normal for a reason. Really fun, and even more fun outside with lots of places to hide.

Charlie and Jude like to kick the ball around, and I like to think about the French blood in their veins! Kicking a soccer ball around is an easy way to spend time outdoors. All you need is a ball, and if you want, two things to make a goal. When I was a child, we used our clothes to mark ourselves.

Tag is a very casual and fun game. This is the game that Charlie and Jude play best. They followed and laughed. And playing outside is awesome because there is so much space to run!

This is a fun thing that we play a lot with Jude. Choose a colorful object that your child likes and hide it somewhere. Depending on the age of your child and where you are, you can easily increase or decrease the risk. If your child is a bit older, you can give him/her advice like, “you’re getting warm”.

Outdoor Family Games That Are Perfect For Fall

On hot summer nights, turn off the lights and join the kids outside for a fun outdoor game night. We have games for every age level. Even teenagers and adults will find a game to keep them entertained.

Hide and seek is an old kid’s favorite and adding the feature of playing in the dark makes this game even more fun. We have a few variations to try.

A classic game of Ghost in the Graveyard, a reverse game of hide-and-seek is a favorite children’s night game. For younger children, add your toys and choose a place to play. Young children like to hide themselves and can spread out over a large area. Choose a place like home and choose some toys to act as ghosts. Ghosts will hide as other players count down from “one o’clock” to “midnight. When someone sees a ghost, they shout, “Ghost in the graveyard! Run, run , run!” and everyone runs to the base. All the ghosts now run, trying to tag the players before returning to the base. If they are tagged, they become a ghost in the circle. yes.

A nighttime version of tag is to target a player with a flashlight. “It” is ten when all else fails. The goal is to block the light. If a player hits the flashlight, they are out. The last person caught by the lightning wins and plays the next “It”. Find unbreakable candles for kids in this game.

On Assignment: Out In The Cold

Children love the thrill of finding secrets. Although this night game takes some advanced planning, it’s also great fun. Buy cheap souvenirs at an auction. Attach the reminders to index cards, punch holes for cables, or hot glue a cable to the back of the models. Put them on trees and shrubs. The children will search for them with flashlights and whoever finds the most, wins.

When you have a large group at camp or a family gathering, try one of our fun night games. You can divide people into groups or use a method to ensure that groups are equal. Either way, you’re welcome!

Another classic game that is a summer camp favorite, attack and defend is perfect for a large group. Choose “castle” or “fort.” Teams take turns attacking and defending, trying to storm the castle. Those who do so will win a point. Teams have an equal number of five to ten minute turns. At the end of the predetermined time, the team with the most points wins.

Outdoor Games At Night

Find a “key” (an individual stone) to use for this fun team game. It should be small to take in hand. Define where to play and divide your team into two teams – the Smugglers and the Coast Guard. One of the Smugglers is given a stone. Smugglers are trying to get from one end of the stadium to the other without being stopped by a member of the Coast Guard. If they are marked, they must show open arms and remain until the end of the round. Smugglers can give the “royal” to each other as they wish, but they must carry it in one hand at all times. When the Smuggler is caught with the jewel, the round ends and the game begins again, with the Smugglers and the Coast Guard switching places. The winning team is the one with the most rounds won, or the one who finds the pearl the fastest.
