Highly Entertaining Party Games For Tweens And Older Kids
Divide the children into pairs of 3-4 children. Place a row of chairs at one end of the room to match the number of groups you have. Then, at the other end of the room, have a starting line with the children lined up with their groups.
When you say GO, the first child races their balloon to the chair, puts it on the chair and has to pop the balloon by sitting on it. When they drop it, they run back to their group and the next child goes.
The first group to get all the kids to pop their balloons on the chair and return to the starting line wins.
Another simple game to play is Balloon Stomp. It’s a great game to get all the kids up and moving.
Fun Outdoor Games For Children
To play Balloon Stomp, tie a long piece of string to the end of a blown up balloon. Then tie the ribbon around each player’s ankle.
When you say go, the children will try to step on the other child’s balloons while they try to protect their balloon by pulling on the ribbon. When a balloon pops, that child is out.
The game ends when the last person is left with a still blown balloon. They are the winner of the game.
