Indoor Winter Activities For Adults

Indoor Winter Activities For Adults – Winter is coming. This sentence makes me feel more scared than John Snow in front of the white walker. While in the summer my favorite hobbies include being outside (sitting at a street restaurant, going to the beach…) winter forces me to be more creative in my free time. Winter fun isn’t a game, is it?

To be honest – I hate winter (I’m sorry to all you winter people out there) but it’s true. I’m a sunshine-on-the-beach-warm-weather gal and just the thought of winter makes me feel anxious. Literally Netflix and chill.

I like reading! You can get lost in a romance novel or any kind of fiction that will warm your heart and keep your mind in the cold weather outside. Or you can use the time to improve yourself with an inspirational book.

If you don’t like reading long books browse the web for a blog you like (Leisure-Hacker anyone?). There are many good things that can enrich your world, inspire you or make you happy.

This was one of my favorite winter activities growing up (**nerd alert). This is a great activity to do alone or with family and friends. Try challenging yourself with a puzzle with at least 500 pieces. Also, make sure you choose a picture that you like, not only because you will have to look at it for years but also because when you are done you can paste it and hang it on the wall.

If puzzles aren’t your thing, a winter house pig game or card night is a great idea.
