S who go into administrative roles, however, are usually paid a salary. This means that they are paid a prearranged and fixed amount of money by the institution where they are employed.

Most institutions will offer time and a half or double time pay for overtime or holiday hours. So making $50 makes $75 or $100 an hour for every hour of overtime worked.
