“A lot of people think … they need representation like they do right now,” says Thomas, “and the truth of the matter is, not everyone is ready for representation.”
“I spent months researching and building a list of agents when I first moved here. And I probably sent out over 200 emails,” she said. “I called every agency and … every time they met me. ‘We won’t take calls unless you advise.’ I probably get 5 responses out of the 200 emails I send.”
