Also that there is no link to the website to download the phone app and it takes a while to find it which can be frustrating.

This review is not current as my storage rental ended on March 1, 2022. However, it is still relevant. Last summer I found myself needing storage quickly due to a change in my housing situation. Money was tight and options were not pleasant. I contacted quite a few self storage places but was hesitant to commit. I made a preliminary appointment with Nationwide on East Pender because it was new and convenient to my home. Once I spoke to Phaedra in person, I knew I had found the right place. He was not only knowledgeable but also helpful and compassionate. The units are amazingly clean, the security system is excellent, the service from him and his staff is always positive and the prices are fair. My 4 months turned into 7 and the experience has convinced me that short term or long term storage is definitely worth it if handled by Faydra and her staff.
