Those looking for affordable outdoor space for their next event will find it at Brookhaven Park, with amenities such as basketball courts, playgrounds, tennis courts, swimming pools and plenty of green space. Therefore, there is no shortage of activities. Additionally, residents can rent a picnic shelter for $25 an hour. Non-residents pay $50 an hour.

Located in Buckhead, this 199-acre park honors soldiers who died or were wounded during the Battle of Peachtree Creek in 1864. Park amenities include:
Green spaces, playgrounds and paved paths. The city’s website lists green spaces for rent. but did not disclose the rate (But there’s enough grass here for a large picnic, essentially free of charge.) The park flooded during heavy rains. So it may take some time to dry after that. This creates unfavorable weather conditions for outdoor activities.

Freedom Park Conservancy oversees park activities, but does not mention any specific leased areas. Most people gather on the grassy knoll just east of Moreland Avenue. Here, it’s not difficult to spread blankets, set chairs, and bring family and friends.

This 8-acre park offers plenty of group entertainment for a cheap price. A picnic pavilion with restrooms can be rented for as little as $50 per two hours for Decatur residents. That fee doubles to $100 for non-residents. Other park facilities include a children’s playground, basketball court, two tennis courts, two multi-purpose courts, and two car parks.

On the smaller side This 3.24-acre park in Reynoldstown offers a picnic refuge. basketball court and playground There are also tee-ball courts available for rent. Although the city’s website doesn’t say how competitive the rates are. An added perk is the nearby Beltline’s Eastside Trail.
Southwest of downtown, Adair Park contains two parks with the same name: Adair Park I and Adair Park II. The smaller of the two, Adair Park 1, offers soccer fields, playgrounds and basketball courts on the Spanning over 6 acres, Adair Park 2 spans more than 10 acres and features basketball courts, ball courts, playgrounds, picnic shelters. and grill Green spaces are available for rent in both parks.
